10 ways to live a healthier life

1. Wake up 30 to 60 minute earlier to make time for a self care morning routine.


2. Drink 16 oz of warm or room temperature lemon water upon waking.


3. Take 5 to 10 minutes to meditate, have gratitude or pray

4. Each night right before going to bed write down everything you are grateful for.


5. Do 30 minutes of movement everyday. (Walking, yoga, cycling, weightlifting, etc.)


6. Have a green juice or smoothie for breakfast.


7. Incorporate greens in every meal.


8. Get 7 to 8 hours sleep a night.


9. Turn off all electronics an hour before bed.


10. Eat plenty of whole raw greens, fruits and vegetables.
